With 30 years of experience under his belt, all of them in the high-net-worth market, Steve’s had the unique opportunity to appraise spectacular mansions around the world and provide risk management advice on everything from collector cars to haute couture to priceless pieces of art and jewelry.
As Chief Risk Services Officer, Steve oversees all aspects of risk management and loss prevention at Vault, with a special emphasis on flexible, streamlined inspection services that minimize the inconvenience to the client while maintaining an irreproachable level of service, accuracy and coverage.
Steve’s job is to anticipate and problem-solve for each client’s unique situation. His on-the-ground work at Chubb allowed him to cut his teeth in the industry and gave him an appreciation for personalized service. He later honed his leadership skills and gained experience developing premium service offerings and growing a program he established at AIG Private Client Group.
Collaboration, loyalty, creativity and ease are hallmarks of Steve’s style of work, as well as his personal life.
For one month each year, he acts as the coordinator for an emergency homeless shelter for Interfaith Housing Alliance, and has done work building clean water systems for remote villages in Honduras.
