Thanks for giving me the honor and privilege to read one ofthe greatest real estate books that I’ve ever read!!! I had to finish some work so I couldn’t finish the book yet. I am currently up to page 70 and looking forward to reading the rest.
I’m happy that you appreciated my comments. I do hope that you expand on the role of the agent. I have witnessed agents not presenting a great board package. The one that suffers is the buyer. If an agent can submit a board package and get turned down, I can only assume that a buyer who is not trained, will likely be turned down from a board. (I’ve never been turned down because I submit what I consider to be as perfect as I can get it)
As mentioned, I will continue to read the book and keep you posted on any other comments.
