County offers loans to first-time home buyers
Cleveland County Commissioners Rusty Sullivan, Rod Cleveland and George Skinner have announced the Cleveland County Home Loan Authority will offer a total of up to $10 million in first mortgage loans at a fixed interest rate of 4.95 percent with 3 percent down payment assistance for the purchase of homes in the Cleveland County area.
