This book was more helpful than any other real estate book because Adam Bailey is an accomplished top New York lawyer with years of experience, and its a fresh perspective its not a book written by a top-level manager, broker or seminar speaker. Adam takes a real world approach – his vast legal knowledge and experience is extremely helpful. Adam teaches the reader on how to negotiate and buy a home at the lowest price.

The book was easy to follow and I will definitely be sharing this with all my future clients. Adam shares some great personal stories which makes it interesting and unlike most real estate books that are written like text books. The insider tips that summarize the chapters are a great resourceful tool.

Chapter 4 was my favorite chapter – “Becoming and expert on Finding the Dream home”. It teaches the reader secret strategies that can be easily learned and applied and advises the reader on how to make the right and well informed decisions when purchasing a home. It teaches the reader how to protect themselves because if they don’t no one else will.

I thought the best advice was in chapter 9 “Hidden Land Mines to look out for”. The chapter will give a buyer knowledge and confidence and makes the book a great resource for first time real estate investors.

As a top producing broker for Elad Properties and having been in the real estate industry for many years, I have finally found a real estate book that is insightful, inspiring and very helpful for both brokers and first time home buyers alike. Adam teaches his readers the dos and don’ts of the real estate world. The insight into his personal knowledge and experiences alone are enough to make this book a must-read. I highly recommend this book. —Shirelle Segal
