You’ve chosen well with this book. As a successful lawyer and investor, Adam knows the devil’s in the details and there are *many* details in finding and consummating a real estate transaction. I was lucky to have the book when preparing for my first purchase. It took the edge off my concerns and broadened my awareness of what I needed to know. Step-by-step, it lays out what’s required and what to watch for. There’s never a substitute for real experience but it helps to borrow some of Adam’s. May it help you as it did me.
