I have been selling real estate in Rapid City since 2006. In 2010, my wife joined me and we became The Emond Team. Our business style and ethics are known and respected in the community for doing the job right and communicating well with both clients and other agents. In 2016 we decided it was time for a change. We opened up Mindful Living Realty as an independent, boutique real estate firm. It was the best decision we ever made! In 2019, we have 2 agents working with us and we added our oldest son, Michael, to The Emond Team.

I’ve lived here since 1990 and am in love with the parks, downtown, the Black Hills backyard. The people even smile and say “hi” as you walk along the bike path. I enjoy hiking in the Hills, boating on the lakes, playing with tech gadgets, and hanging out with my 4 kids. I’ve enjoyed creating videos about our area in my video series, “Tristan about Town”. We live in such an amazing place.
