Matt Beall
Matt brings over a decade of top sales, management, and team-building to Hawaii Life.
Since Matt was licensed to sell real estate in 1998, he’s been in the top 3% for sales volume and in the top 4% for transactions of all Kauai Realtors (as of August 2010).
In 2001, Matt was hired to be the Broker-In-Charge for Kauai’s top-selling real estate brokerage. He managed more than 40 agents and facilitated hundreds of transactions. During that time, team-building made it possible for him to focus on personal clients, and marketing and selling listings.
Matt has experience with condominium developments, multi-unit properties, and high-end property sales. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Kauai Board of Realtors. He has also served as an expert witness for real estate-related legal cases in Hawaii.
Always passionate about real estate marketing, Matt helped to reinvent Hawaii Life Real Estate Services and HawaiiLife.com in May of 2008. Hawaii Life Real Estate Services now employs over 95 brokers, agents, and support staff in 6 offices. In 2009 HawaiiLife.com won a WebAward for best real estate website. In 2010 they were nominated by Inman News as one of the Most Innovative Brokerages.
Matt manages teams of Realtors throughout the State of Hawaii, and leads by example… with an intense focus on marketing and selling real estate. The management team he’s built at Hawaii Life includes some of the finest brokers, marketers, and programmers in the industry.
