Great book. It has tricks and secrets to keep up with the experts. Whether you want to improve your credit score, or pay less to buy a house, this book is a great resource. It just came out, and is going to be the modern day textbook for buying real estate. It even discusses how to get in on foreclosures and all the secrets and tricks people use to make a ton of money buying distressed property. There are some interesting stories too. I’d give this book as a gift to anyone thinking about buying a house or apartment or condo.—Laurie Moldawer
