I was raised with the work ethic of doing my best and doing it with honesty, getting the job done and leaving things better than I found them. I admire those qualities in others and have surrounded myself with professionals of the highest caliber and integrity. I am currently licensed in Alabama and Illinois and firmly believe in treating clients and associates the way I want to be treated. Clients know, without question they are in capable hands and their needs always come first. Business associates know a hand shake is a done deal. My clients are my friends long after the transaction and their referrals tell me I’m doing something right. I’ll begin by saying that I really love working in Real Estate. For me, it would be tough to pick one area or aspect of the business over another to specialize in. I love it all and could not imagine doing anything else. From first time home buyers to the multi-property investor, they all have their own special challenges and rewards. For the investor, a new property thickens the portfolio and ultimately (hopefully) is profitable…for him or her it’s a business, no less rewarding or important. The first time home buyer is different. While the investor has weathered many transactions, the first time buyer/seller look to the agent to help them navigate the real estate maze. This first dealing with a Realtor is very important to their financial well being and is the best opportunity any Realtor will have to make a positive impression. To set a high professional standard by which the industry as a whole will be judged and expected to operate. I consider it a natural part of my job to treat clients so well that it would never enter their minds to remotely consider using another agent.
