Jake is currently the Managing Broker for Summit Sotheby’s International Real Estate at the Salt Lake office. Jake has been involved with many aspects of the real estate business including: residential, ski resort luxury properties, commercial, land development and property rentals.
Jakes personal team of agents is known at Sotheby’s as “The Boysâ€. They attribute their success to hard work, having fun, technology and staying connected. They specialize in new ways of networking through blogs, e-mail and other electronic methods. Jake tracks many Wasatch Front real estate trends and is often asked to speak publicly at local real estate conventions where he provides and explains market statistics and trends. His personal team has been among the top 3% of producing real estate teams nationally for the past 4 years.
Jake did his undergrad work at the U of U in communications and Spanish and later received a master in business from Westminster College in 2006. Jake currently serves as a member of the Alumni Board at Westminster College where he often speaks on market trends and teaches graduate students.
