Joe Kaminsky

Joe moved to Arizona from New Jersey in 1996, and has been involved in real estate since 1998. His backgrounds in sales, marketing and investments have served his clients well over the years. Joe was VP of Marketing for several divisions of the Sara Lee Corporation; he later became President of one of their apparel divisions. He also helped several foreign companies establish a business presence in the United States. Joe is involved in working with several charities in Arizona and is also an avid road biker and hiker. His ability to get deals done where they are WIN-WIN propositions for all parties involved is one of his many strong suits. He is active in the residential and land markets. Joe has also developed a 32 unit town home project in the Show Low, Arizona area. He enjoys working with move up buyers, those individuals who are looking for that unique home, as well as anyone seeking investment opportunities in raw land. The ability to market residential properties in all types of markets is an opportunity Joe relishes. Joe is one of 18 that holds the special designation of Certified Scottsdale Real Estate Specialist. He also has achieved his CDPE (Certified Distress Property Expert) in order to help those that are facing difficult times from going into foreclosure and his SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). When he’s not working he enjoys spending time with his family; especially his two young granddaughters.
